Good to know
What should I wear?
Nothing special. We give you disposable underwear, a robe and slippers, and you are always covered with warm towels except for the area being massaged.
How early should I arrive?
Ten minutes before your time, for tea and the short consultation. If you arrive late we may need to shorten the treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Can I have a massage while pregnant?
Yes, from the second trimester, with our Pregnancy massage. Please tell us when you book. If your pregnancy is high-risk, check with your doctor first.
I have allergies or sensitive skin.
Tell us in the booking notes or at the consultation. We can use a plain, fragrance-free oil for any treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or changes up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we may charge 50% of the treatment.
How do I pay?
At the studio after your treatment, by card, MB WAY or cash. Gift cards are bought online.
