Good to know
I'm a complete beginner. Is that OK?
Absolutely. Start with a free intro session or a class marked Beginner or All levels. Coaches scale every exercise to you.
How many people are in a class?
Twelve at most, so your coach can actually watch your form.
Is there a joining fee or contract?
No joining fee. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice; yearly plans are paid upfront with two months free.
What should I bring?
Trainers, a water bottle and something comfortable. Towels, lockers and showers are here.
What if I can't make a class I booked?
Cancel up to 2 hours before so someone on the waitlist gets your spot.
